Shipping policy
Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance and product availability. Please refer to the delivery details for each product on the product detail page. Some pieces are 'ready to ship' and others are 'made to order'. We aim to deliver 'ready to ship' items within 3-10 working days within the UK, and 5-12 working days for other countries. 'Made to order' items will be dispatched after their advertised lead times.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please use a delivery address where someone will be present to receive & sign for the parcel. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. If you no not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@melissayarlett.co.uk
UK Shipping
All orders over will shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery and fully insured up to the contents value.
All orders under £50 will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
If you have any preferences regarding shipping, i.e would like to use another courier, please contact us.
International Shipping
£14.00
All International orders will be shipped via the fastest and safest method available depending on the value of the order, and the country of origin. For Example, all orders under the value of £250 to the US will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed & all orders over this value will shipped via Fedex.
For international deliveries we use a fully insured priority courier service with FedEx that endeavours to deliver the package in 1-5 days (depending on customs clearance)
Melissa Yarlett Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs in the country of destination. Please familiarise yourself with your country's local import processes for receiving international deliveries. Any customs charges, handling fees and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
