 Bespoke Commissions & Remodels 

I love nothing more than working on custom pieces and helping see your unique ideas come to life. 

I undertake all sorts of custom pieces such as earrings, rings, necklaces & braclelets. Working in  recycled silver and gold in 9ct, 14ct & 18ct Gold in white, yellow & rose.

 All commissions require a 50% deposit paid in full, prior to the jewellery being made. Drawn designs and quotation is no obligation, but the deposit is required before any 3D models are made.

I will always send images of the stones and models to you for confirmation before progressing further. As once the jewellery is made in the metal of choice, very little changes can be made to the design and may incur a charge depending on the alteration. 

Payment must be paid in full before the jewellery is shipped.

Commissions are non refundable but may be remodelled or repaired.

Lead times vary depending on the design and making process but are normally between 4-6 weeks. 

Remodels 

I can remodel your old or Heirloom jewellery, whether it be silver, gold or gemstones. Remodels require the jewellery being dismantled, i.e stones removed and metal testing. The jewellery will be inspected prior to agreement, as sometimes stones may be too damaged or unsuitable for resetting.

Remodels are not cheap, and often cost more than buying new.

Remodels start from £150 for silver and £250 for gold. A 50% deposit is required prior to any remodelling work is done.

Remodel lead times are between 4-8 weeks.

Please note that commissions and remodels are non refundable, but I vow to fix any issues. Alterations or resizes after the jewellery is complete will be subject to a charge. 

It is the customers responsibility the choose the correct ring size, I can assist but cannot be liable for any wrong decisions. Resizes start from £25.
